Common questions
Do you charge to come out?
A service call for a quick fix is $125. Troubleshooting is $250 and covers up to 2 hours of finding and fixing the problem. Parts and materials are extra, and you'll know the price before we start.
What areas do you serve?
Gilbert, Mesa, Chandler, Queen Creek, San Tan Valley, Scottsdale and Phoenix.
Are you licensed and insured?
Yes. We're licensed, bonded and insured, Arizona ROC #337267.
Can you install a fan, light or EV charger I already bought?
Yes. We install customer-supplied fans, fixtures, chandeliers and Level 2 EV chargers.
Do you take emergency calls on weekends?
Our regular hours are Monday through Friday. For an urgent problem on a Saturday, call (602) 617-1314 and we'll do our best to help.
Do you work with property managers and HOAs?
Yes. We offer monthly maintenance for commercial properties and common areas, plus parking lot and exterior lighting. Call to set up a walk-through.
